Fool's Gold
A long-form campaign shaped by player ambition, extensive worldbuilding, and systems that expanded from grounded adventures into large-scale political, technological, and interstellar conflict.
Tabletop campaigns, shared worlds, and community play
A gaming community built around ambitious campaigns, player-driven stories, and the spaces that keep the group connected between sessions.
Dorks & Dice began as a Dungeons & Dragons group and grew around a simple principle: the world should open up as the players engage with it. Campaigns were designed to support meaningful choices, unexpected plans, custom systems, and long-term consequences rather than funneling the group toward one fixed solution.
That approach produced long-form stories, unusual encounters, player-created nations and technology, and a setting that expanded in response to the group rather than ahead of it.

Beyond the Table
The community extends beyond scheduled tabletop sessions through Discord and privately operated game servers. These spaces provide somewhere to play, coordinate, share work, and keep the group connected when a full campaign is not running.
